HOW TO CONNECT DESKJET 2710 TO LAPTOP USING WIFI DIRECT
- Plug the printer to power and turn it on
- Press and hold the Wifi button + Resume button for 5 seconds (this would turn on the wifi direct feature)
- Search for the printer on your computer/laptop (usually appears as DIRECT-2700SERIES.....)
- Wait for the print out, if it doesn't print, press and hold the resume button alone for 3 seconds to print out HP Deskjet 2710 wifi password.
- Now you can print from your DESKJET 2710 without a router and USB cable.
HOW TO SCAN
- Place the paper to be scanned on the glass layer
- Go to your "devices and printers" and right click on 2710 printer (windows users)
- Select Scan
- Save to your computer

FACTORY RESET: To factory reset, hold the on button for 20 seconds.
NOT CONNECTING TO WIFI: Make sure your router is on / make sure the wireless direct is turned on properly.
NOT PRINTING: If the printer is not printing, check if it's connected properly (if you're using the USB cable, change the ports).
NOT RESPONDING: Turn the printer off, remove from power source and wait for 15 seconds
WHERE IS HP 2710 PASSWORD: To get the WPS Pin, Wifi Direct Password and other details of your printer, Press and hold the RESUME button for 3 seconds.
